About

I am a theoretical physicist from Graz, Austria, exploring how quantum physics can be observed, exploited, and tested with nano- to microscale objects.

Since May 2020, I am post-doc in the group of Klaus Hornberger at the University of Duisburg-Essen. Before that, I was a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow in the group of Myungshik Kim at Imperial College London. A very short version of my scientific CV reads

  • 2019 – 2020: Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow in the group of Myungshik Kim at Imperial College London (on leave from UDE)
  • since 2013: Post-Doc in the group of Klaus Hornberger at the University of Duisburg-Essen
  • 2013: PhD with Walter Pötz at the Karl-Franzens-University Graz
  • 2011: Master in Technical Physics at the Graz University of Technology
  • 2010: Master in Technical Chemistry at the Graz University of Technology
